The Dassault Rafale jet fighter aircraft made its debut flight in 1986 and along with the Mirage 2000c, together they guided the French air force into the 21st century. This is a plastic assembly model kit of the French air force’s single seat Rafale C jet fighter. Distinct features of the Rafale including its canards and no rear wing stabilizers have been faithfully rendered. The cockpit interior and landing gears feature a rich finish. Also included in the set are parts to depict R550 Magic and Mantra 530 missiles. Markings to depict the aircraft seen at the 1992 Farnborough International Airshow are included.
