A highly detailed and really excellent model of the Fordson Power Major tractor with working steering, and opening side panels to allow diesel engine detail to be seen. A photo-etched front grille give best representation of the grille pattern.
The Fordson was the 'big' tractor of the 50's and 60's - most others such as the Massey Ferguson were a good bit smaller. If you ever worked on a reasonable sized farm at the time this was likely to be the first vehicle you ever drove. It certainly was for me - memories of cold and wet December days but it was a great experience.
