Bachmanns' Brill trolley car is a typical American street tramcar. The twin bogie design ensured these cars ran smoothly even over longer distances between major city centres and outlying suburban towns.

Several versions are available, current designs and availability can be found on Bachmann Europe website.

This O gauge RTR model depicits the later build version of the BR built class 08 diesel shunter with metal cab doors and later type engine room doors.

This model comes factory painted in BR Blue livery, just requires transfers for crest and numbers of your own choice.

Green was probably the Warship colour, as the class did not start receiving Western style maroon paint until 1966. Most of the class did make it into a variation of maroon briefly, before the corporate blue wiped away the regional identities again.

This is an excellent model of the original deisgn Hall class 4-6-0, with the classic GWR dropped frant frames. The reliable Bachmann motor is fitted inside the boiler, allowing room for full backhead detailing. The rectangular tank wagon is a completely new OO wagon from Dapol.

Wm. Butlers tar wagon is a well-known wagon, it's photograph is frequently used to illustrate the rectangular tank wagon design. Butlers operated works in Bristol and at locations in Gloucester and Gloucestershire. These tank wagons were used to collect coal tar, a by-product of coal gas production, for refining into useful chemical fractions. Butlers' tar wagons would have travelled widely to collect raw materials from gas companies, particularly around the south-west and west midlands.

The Great Western was famous for its' scenic country branchlines. The Western Spirit train set features the typical branchline train of the 1920s and 30s.

Hornbys class 08 model is the best detailed model to date of BRs standard heavy shunting locomotive. An excellent model of the class 57 locomotives operated by First Great Western featuring a powerful centrally mounted motor driving all six axles. Flywheels and a heavy chassis ensure smooth operation.

Following trials with prototype locomotive 57601 First Great Western selected the class 57 design to replace their small fleet of class 47 locomotives.
The locomotives are used on overnight sleeper trains, extra daytime trains and moving empty stock, including spare coaches for HST trains.

Weathered version of the GWR 'Collett Goods' 0-6-0 in BR black livery with the later heraldic crest. Designed as a replacement for the elderly Dean-designed 'Standard' goods engine, these locomotives worked all across the former GWR network. A specially packaged model of A4 class pacific 4498 Sir Nigel Gresley. Named by the directors of the LNER after her designer, 4498 has been successfully returned to mainline operation following preservation.

Sir Nigel Gresley was among the first models produced by Frank Hornby when the Dublo range was introduced in 1938. At that time the LNERs new A4 pacifics represented the latest in British steam locomotive technology. Todays' Hornby model of the A4 is the latest and best in model locomotives descended from the Hornby Dublo range. To mark the 70th anniversary of the creation of Dublo this model will be presented in a box designed in the traditional style of packaging used by Frank Hornby when the range was first created. An excellent train pack featuring the Caledonian sleeper, one of the few remaining overnight sleeper trains still operating in Great Britain.

Bachmanns' excellent model of the class 20 model is powered by a centrally mounted motor driving all four axles. The detailed bodyshell allows several variations in fittings to be reproduced, reflecting the changes made during the 50 years that class 20s have served Britains railways.

8164 is painted in the BR green livery and represents the class 20s after 1968, when the D number prefix was dropped following the withdraw of the last steam locomotives. Class 20s were the last BR locomotives to retain the green livery in the mid 1970s. Repainting of these goods only locomotives took second place to locos assigned to passenger services.
