WBritain 1/32 British 42nd Black Watch Highlander Ensign with Regimental Colour (36027)
Holding onto the Regiments Colours an Ensign holds ground as the 42nd were subjected to
attack by the French Lancers who had got behind the lines , the 44th were also assailed
from the rear by the French cavalry. They had no time to form square and the order was
given for the rear rank of the line to about face. They volley fired into the French and
succeeded in driving them off
