Unimax Forces of Valor 1/16 German King Tiger Metal Battle of the Bulge Limited Edition (85301)
Supplied in it's own wooden ammunition case this 1/16 scale diecast metal model of the German King Tiger is over 2 feet (600mm) long! This 2005 limited edition release includes figures for Battle of the Bulge commander Colonel Jochen Pieper, a tank commander and two German soldiers. The King Tiger is authentically detailed and weathered as a tank serving with 501st SS Schwere Panzer Abteilung during the Ardennes offensive. The turret rotates and can be removed, the main gun can be raised and many hatches can be opened to reveal interior detailing, including the engine. Diecast tracks run on working suspension and a wide range of accessories are supplied including tow lines, tools, repair tracks, tank ammunition and a range of battlefield obtsacles.
Model measures 640mm (25in) long, 230mm (9in) wide and stands 200mm (7¾in) high (with top hatches closed). Transport crate measures 820 x 420 x 360mm high (32¼ x 16½ x 14¼in). Limited Edition of 1,500 wolrdwide.
