CT Elektronik DCX76 6-Pin Micro Decoder
A mighty midget the DCX76 decoder offers a whopping 1.6amps peak and 0.8amps continuous current from one of the smallest DCC decoders in production. More than enough to power large OO locomotives.
One of the smallest decoders available the DCX76 offers standard 6-pin connection, plugging directly into the many N gauge locomotives and the smaller OO & HO scale models equiped with sockets for these decoders.
Despite it's miniature size the decoder can still deliver a maximum 0.8 amps contiuous motor current, with 1.6 amp peak rating, with 250mA function output, providing capabilities equalling many larger decoders.
Size 10.8 x 7.1 x 1.3mm
The DCX76 is suitable for all DC and AC motors in Z to OO scales. The maximum total load must not exceed 0.8A.
High-frequency 16kHz or 32kHz motor control for Faulhaber motors, infinitely adjustable 30-150 Hz for traditional motors.
14, 28 or 128 speed steps, load compensation, full address space of 1 to 1024 and the ability to program on the main track 'on the fly'.
Fully NMRA-compatible DCC data format
Full 'function mapping' NMRA arrangement
Function outputs separately dimmable. Dimming frequency 1.2 kHz
Auto Uncoupling, time control for digital clutch,
American light-effects such as blinking, dimming, flashing in the push-pull, single pulses strobe, double strobe, flashing headlight, ditch lights, beacon, rotary gyralite, mars light, soft-start (slow glimmer of functions)
Full address range 1-1024
Shunting mode, reduced speed reverse
Evaluation of the chain of pulses F1 and F4
Speed table CV67-CV94
Optimizable Load Balancing (P and I controller)
Hard reset to reset the CV values to the factory setting
User CV's to store personal data
Separately adjustable braking time with HLU (also intermediate)
Signal controlled speed influence (Zimo HLU, off)
Brakes with an asymmetric signal (diode ratio 1:4)
Fully programmable with Lokmaus (including values and CVs to 255)
Reliable overload protection (engine and auxiliary outputs are protected against overcurrent)
2 CVs groups freely selectable (for own or third-party applications)
The DCX76 is fully compatible and NMRA with all systems that use the NMRA DCC data format that can be used (for example Hornby, Bachmann, Gaugemaster, Digitrax, Lenz, LGB, Uhlenbrock, Fleischmann, Zimo, Roco 'digital is cool', etc.)
All outputs of the receiver are powered by an internal bridge rectifier, which allows a maximum total current of 0.8A. Motor and function outputs may therefore not exceed the sum of the allowable current rectifier current total.
Rail voltage 8 - 18 V
Maximum Motor Current - Peak (3 s) 1.6 A
Continuous motor current 0.8 A
Maximum power output of the function 250 mA
Maximum total power of the decoder - Continuous 0.8 A
Dimensions (L x W x H) 10.8 x 7.1 x 1.3 mm
