Heljan advise that the 2-6-0 mogul has been designed to negotiate the Peco Setrack curve at 1,028mm (40in) but are recommending that a minimum of 1500mm (60in) should be allowed in layout design wherever possible to prevent derailments due to coupling offset or buffer locking.
