Bachmann OTT Lite Task Lamp Magnifier (OTC513VR)

The OTT-LITE True Colour lighting system provides low-heat and high contrast illumination, using a long-life daylight simulation light source that reduces eye strain and enables modellers to practise their hobby with daytime lighting conditions, irrespective of the time of day.

The portable folding magnifier task lamp features the same flip-up lid containing the lamp as the task lamp. In addition a 2X magnfier unit is supplied to fit over the lamp, providing a better view of fine detail under ideal lighting conditions. Each bulb is designed to last 10,000 hours.

OTT-LITE was pioneered by photo biologist Dr John Ott, who perfected time-lapse photography whilst working for Walt Disney. To do this, he required a constant source of natural light. Dr Ott spent 40 years researching and studying natural lighting and from it, he developed the OTT-LITE range.
