Track cleaning rubbers are useful to remove heavy dirt and corrosion from the rails, while the axle-hung pads polish your tracks as the trains run. Locomotive driving wheels can quickly be cleaned using Pecos' wheel cleaning brush.
Lubrication is also essential for bearings, the Expo oiler is especially useful for placing a drop of oil into the wheel bearings on coaches and wagons. Track cleaning coach allowing a convenient and realistic means of cleaning the track by means of self adhesive strips on sprung blocks underneath the coach. For best operation the coach should be pushed around the track by an 0-6-0 locomotive, or larger.
