Graham Farish N EWS BDA 80-tonne Bogie Bolster Steel Wagon (377-602A)


A large number of bogie bolster wagons built in the 1950s were rebuilt in the 1980s to carry the increasing rolled steel traffic. The load capacity was uprated and the rebuilt wagons were equiped with modern bogies and air brakes, making them suitable for operation at higher speeds.

This wagon is painted in the current EWS maroon colours.
