Coastlines CL-SA18 Salvaged WW1 destroyer, V-70 (Scapa Flow 1922) 1/1250
A fully finished and painted resin model of the former German destroyer, V-70, as she was when the wreck was winched to the surface of Scapa Flow between the floating dock sections during the salvage work to recover the major part of the scuttled High Seas Fleet. Most of the destroyers were recovered in this way and beached on the shore of the island of Hoy where they were cut up for scrap. V-70 was converted to a crane barge and used to help with the salvage of the battleships until 1929 when she too went for scrap.
