A centrally mounted motor, with flywheels, drives both bogies through helical gears. A highly detailed and finely moulded bodyshell is completed with flush glazing, lighting, exchangeable couplings and sprung buffers.

Powered by a centrally mounted motor with flywheels in a diecast chassis drives two axles on each bogie through helical reduction gears. The bodyshell has been produced from completely new tooling designed by ex-Lima engineers. This shows every sign of being a top-notch model, combining the latest technology with decades of model manufacturing experience. Accurately reproduced tumblehome, bonnet shaping and end taper are complemented with flush glazing, etched windscreen wipers, etched roof fan grilles and finely moulded bodyside grille and panel detailing.

We have a one models which had a minor fault which has been rectified. This is being offered as a second at just £45.00, inclusive of delivery to mainland UK addresses. Limited edition certificate included.

Named in the spring of 2005, this locomotive was repainted in BR Green to mark the last year of loco-hauled services on the Rhymney Valley line.
