An excellent model of the GWR 57xx class pannier tank locomotive, 5786 is painted in the post WW2 livery with G W R lettering with the safety valve cover polished. This small Graham Farish model delivers all the power and smooth running needed for pulling realistic trains and shunting wagons.

The pannier tank was one of the workhorses of the GWR. Designed as a modern shunting engine in the 1930s the 57xx class proved capable of undertaking many branchline and secondary duties. A 57xx could be found with local passenger or pickup goods train anywhere on the GWR system.
