Robogear is a futuristic wargame for two or more players, each controlling their own army of men and high-tech machines. Plastic figures and vehicles are relatively easy to assemble. Extra models are available to enable grand armies to be built to dominate the world of Robogear.

If you’re beginning your Robogear collection, we’d definitely recommend the Starter Set. With 4 vehicles for each army, 20 troopers and a Hexagon terrain set, there’s enough here to start fighting some great Robogear battles. Demolisher is one of the strangest looking vehicles in the Empire Polaris military arsenal, but it certainly packs a punch …chain gun …rockets and if this all fails it can ram an opponent! Looks aside this beast of a machine earns its name on the battlefield!

All armies need their mobile artillery and Helix is an important member of the Empire Polaris army. Moving quickly into battle this machine can deliver a punch with deadly rockets that can inflict massive levels of damage to enemy vehicles.

The Protectorate may well have its share of deadly fighting machines but when it comes to crashing the battlefield, cleaving an enemy vehicle in half and blowing things up …then Mad Bull comes into its own. This armoured monster bulks out the Empire Polaris army and is enough to scare the average trooper into the nearest bunker!

Sprut is the Trade Protectorate’s answer to the aerial firepower of the Empire Thunder gunship (you get 2 Thunder models inside the Starter Set). Fast and deadly Sprut can be used to sweep across the battlefield, unleashing deadly rockets and high velocity cannons on enemy troopers and vehicles.

Platformer is an entirely different set of terrain to Hexagon and brings even more options to the average battlefield. Simple to snap-together Platformer is just what it says it is – an easy way to make fighting platforms that your troopers can fight on, climb up, hide behind.

And just like Hexagon this scenery can grow and grow just by adding more boxes to your collection.

Inside the Robogear Starter Set is a superb set of Hexagon scenery that you can use to make terrain pieces, fortifications that your troopers can take shelter in, or to act as mission objectives on the battlefield.
