Revell 1/32 Eurocopter EC135 ADAC (04425)

The EC 135 is a state-of-the-art light helicopter with most of its airframe made of fibre composites. The cabin can accommodate 7 passengers or a complete set of rescue equipment. In addition it has good accessibility and loading capabilities. It has a Fenestron shrouded tail rotor to reduce noise and prevent accidents. Since 1970 the ADAC has proved that the efficiency of emergency rescue services can be considerably improved if doctors are transported by helicopter and this has given a great impetus to development. The ADAC air rescue service has had the EC 135 in service since the beginning of 1997 and therefore operates one of the most economical low-maintenance helicopters.
