Italeri 1/48 USAF Douglas A20 G Havoc Attack Bomber (2637)

This fast twin-engine aircraft was built for the US Air Force in the early 1940s and was also widely used by other Allied air forces throughout the Second World War. Featuring good low-level handling performance and a tough outer shell, the A-20 flew constant anti-shipping sorties on the Pacific and Mediterranean fronts and was also used as a medium bomber over Germany.

The Douglas DB-7 was an American developed family of attack, light bomber and night fighter aircraft of World War II serving several Allied air forces, principally those of the Soviet Union The DB-7 was also used by the air forces of Australia and South Africa, France, The Netherlands during the war, and Brazil afterwards. The aircraft was known as Boston among Commonwealth of Nations air forces, while the night fighter variants were known as Havoc. The United States Army Air Forces USAAF assigned the DB-7 the designation A-20 and gave it the popular name Havoc, adopted from the Royal Air Force classification
