Airfix 1/48 Supermarine Spitfire MkVc/Seafire III (05110)
This version of the Spitfire allows the modeller to make either the MkVc Spitfire or its Naval equivalent the Seafire Mk111c from the early part of WW2. Requires polystyrene cement and paint to complete the model

The universal or “C” wing was developed to take the 20mm cannon armourment to give the Spitfire more hitting power. This aircraft was then developed into Seafire, which was a navalised version for use on board RN aircraft carriers
