Some of you may be aware there will be a problem on HA2108 F100 Super Sabre USAF Thunderbirds due in the UK December 09 We found out this morning via the Diecast Forum and an email from HM that this model will may be re-called for destruction or re-construction. The problem is not the end of the world and is as follows The Tail should be painted Blue on the forward spine and White background with Blue Stars, the production version which has slipped through the net has been painted has follows: Blue on the Forward Spine, light silver background and Blue Stars. I think that to destroy what is still a fantastic model is a waste of the world resources. But we understand that some USAF Thunderbird Collectors will not be happy and this model will be re-issued at a later date.
