A new model kit gift set featuring the RAF Avro Vulcan B Mk.2 commemorating the 25th anniversary of the Falklands conflict, during which Vulcans mounted successful Blackbuck missions of over 8,000 miles to disable Fort Stanley airfield.

This gift set includes 15 paints, a brush and glue with the kit. Decal transfers are supplied to allow several Vulcans to be modelled from across the long career of these aircraft, XL321 of 617 squadron in anti-flash white, XM607 of 44 squadron (served on the Blackbuck missions), XH562 of 9 squadron or XH558 in display scheme all in RAF European camouflage.

Completed model length 446mm, wingspan 469mm. Kit contains 108 parts.

First introduced in 1957 the Vulcan was to be the mainstay of RAF bomber command until replaced by the Tornado.
