Peco O Gauge Setrack Left Hand Turnout ST-U751

Peco ST-U751 O Gauge Setrack Point Left Hand
Peco Setrack O gauge points match with the current track sections, with a total length of 393.7mm (15 1/2in), curve radius of 1028mm (40in) and curve angle of 22.5 degrees, equating to the straight and curved Setrack sections.
The extended length and diverging angle of the curved section can be reduced when used with flexible track.
While these points will not be suitable for use with large O gauge locomotives they will provide an easy layout starter for use with the smaller Ixion and Dapol ready-to-run engines and for modelling sharply curved industrial sidings.
Matching the geometry of the existing Setrack straight and curve: 22.5? exit angle, 15.5? (393.7mm) length, 40.5? (1028.7mm) radius, Bullhead rail.

O gauge Setrack is ideal for many situations, whether creating a test track on the workbench, setting up a temporary trainset on the floor or laying in the garden for serious rolling stock ?testing?! It features highly detailed rail fixings and wood grain effect, so it is equally at home permanently fixed and ballasted onto a layout. O gauge Setrack is compatible with the Streamline range, connecting directly to Bullhead turnouts, crossing, double slip and flexible track. It is also compatible with Flat Bottom Streamline items using the SL-713 conversion track.

The geometry is ideal for sidings or branch lines where space is limited, and with smaller locos and rolling stock. Limiting factors such as bogie swing, side play of the axles, the closeness of the tender coupling may influence the ability of larger locos to negotiate Setrack curves.

Unifrog
For the first time in O gauge, the turnouts are wired in the new Unifrog configuration. Both routes through the turnout are live at all times, which is ideal for DCC use, and there is no need for any additional wiring or fitting insulating rail joiners. The frog tip is normally ?dead?, which poses no problem for all but the smallest locos, but it is conductive and has a trailing wire attached, allowing it to be energised using a PL-13 or PL-15 accessory switch attached to a PL-10 point motor, or a PL-33 micro-switch in a PL-19 housing (which clips directly to the turnout) activated directly by the movement of the tiebar.

Matching the geometry of the existing Setrack straight and curve: 22.5? exit angle, 15.5? (393.7mm) length, 40.5? (1028.7mm) radius, Bullhead rail.
