This model is painted in the US Navy's standard grey aircraft scheme with low-visibility markings, relieved only by a toned-down version of the squadrons' red fin stripes, as operating from USS Kitty Hawk during 2003. The model is equiped with posable swing wings and tailerons, plus a comprehensive selection of optional parts and weapons is supplied, including deployed landing gear, weapons mounting pylons, Pheonix, Sparrow and Sidewinder missiles. The cockpit interior is fully detailed with an opening canopy allowing the pilot and intercept officer figures to be seated inside if desired. A display stand is supplied with the model.
