The Schleicher ASK 21 is the most produced and successful training glider in the world and is built from the company Alexander Schleicher. It is that successful due to its broad range of uses; 650 gliders have already been built. Stunt, training, overland and competition flying - with a possible load of 4 to 6,5 Gs everything is possible with the ASK 21. It is up to 280 kilometers/hour fast.

Innovative products are an absolute „must“ in the plastic model building sector. Therefore, the Revell product development team has been interested in the subject matter of glider planes for some years. Due to the very good contacts to the Schleicher company, we have now ventured to step into new ground.

The problem has always been, that such a glider plane does not offer the builder much spectacular details. Our solution that may hopefully convince the enthusiast: a large scale (1/32) that offers many interesting details regarding the interior. This shows among others the double-seater cockpit, seat elements with belt imitation and the instrument panel. Both canopies are fully flexible and can be tipped up. Also three separate wheels are included. This kit furthermore includes perfect decals with different German markings, a Swiss version, an Austrian, Belgium and French one as well as markings of RAF and USAF.
