The ERF ECT Olympic received the largest vote by enthusiasts to be included and carries the livery of the English representative J. R. Adams (Newcastle) Ltd, based at Swalwell, Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

Westfield Transport was founded in Mansfield in 1933 by Tom Eason and progressed from general transport to specialising in 'one piece' moving of large loads such as boilers, tanks, excavators, bailey bridges and occasionally aeroplanes.In 1948 Westfield Transport began the movement and installation of hosiery and textile machinery in one piece, shipped to England from the USA.This was a revolutionary concept as up to then these huge machines were dismantled, transported then reassembled taking 6 skilled men upto 6 months. Westfield was sold to Pickfords in 1964.

In the 1950's and 60's the Robson's of Carlisle fleet was dominated by Fodens and Thames Traders, together with a handful of Albions.The Foden artics and 8 wheel rigids handled the heavy work whilst the Traders coped with the lighter traffic.As with the Fodens, the Trader was used in both artic and rigid forms. The rigids were mainly a mixture of 4 wheel platform and dropsides but a number of box vans were also to be found.However this is believed to be the only Thames Trader fitted with a Luton Van body.

The headquarters of Siddle C Cook's distinctive fleet was on Sherburn Terrace, Co Durham.Transporting steel from Consett Iron Company gave Cook's regular work although Siddle learnt the practical skills of moving heavy loads by extracting timber from the forests of Northern England.The business was sold to the Tayforth Group in 1964 and lost its identity to the NFC.
