Vanguard Vehicle Services Ltd. was formed in 1982 as a heavy haulage company by John & Alan Liversedge,operating from a small base south of Leeds.Their main clients were mainly in the construction and mining industry.In 1986 they acquired Fallon Haulage and in 1988 Transport Services were also taken over.In 89 a larger depot was acquired and the name changed to TSL Vanguard Vehicle Services Ltd.In 2000 TSL took over Gillott Transport.
