Plastic assembly kit with a fuselage length of 330mm and a wingspan of 350mm. Eight sprues with 102 parts. Requires polystyrene cement and paint to complete. Decals for Russian Blue 34 are provided.
The IL-78 is a former Soviet Air Force air tanker with the NATO codename of `Midas'. Developed from the IL-76MD transport, the plane is capable of loading and mid-air refueling from three points at the wing tips and left hand side of the fuselage. A machine gun is also provided at the fuel operator seat. | |
