Trumpeter 1/72 AS-90 155mm Modern British SP Mobile Gun (07221)

A superb representation of the real AS-90 self propelled howitzer, built with high quality injection molded parts with meticulous surface details, individually detailed suspension parts, one-piece upper and lower hulls with meticulous details, complete turret detail including weld seams, intricately detailed main gun, well-defined side storage boxes and storage cage, waterslide decals with markings for the Iraq War, illustrated assembly guide.

A detailed model with 388 pieces and comes with decals for the Iraq War.

In 1993, the 1st Regiment Royal Horse Artillery was the first unit of the British Army to receive the new AS90 Self-Propelled Howitzer. Since entering service it has replaced the fleets older systems namely the 155mm, M109 and 105mm " Abbot". Today the AS90 is the only tracked self-propelled howitzer in the British Army's inventory
