Model of the BR covered hopper wagon design developed in the 1950s for bulk powder products which could easily be loaded and discharged through hoppers by needed good weather protection in transit. Typical loads included salt, soda ash and dry sand.

This model is painted in the light grey wagon livery and lettered for use on soda ash (Sodium Carbonate).
