Bachmann E-Z Command DCC Digital Controller 36-500

Ideal for train sets and small layouts!

A straight-forward Digital Command Control that can run an entire layout for less than the cost of a twin track analogue controller! The EZ-Command can address up to 10 locomotives with sufficient power to run 2 or 3 OO locomotives at the same time.
The EZ-Command is ideal for new modellers and easy for children to use, locomotives are selected using push buttons 1-10, a replaceable insert allowing the recording of locomotive details beside each button. Decoder function can be activated in function control mode using the same ten buttons. Sound equiped locomotives have the core sounds and whistle/horn programmed to the low numbered functions, so these can be activated by the EZ-Command.

Basic programming is also very easy, once in programming mode locomotive addresses and default forward direction can be changed at the push of a button. Even experienced DCC operaters find the EZ-Command useful for their test-track controller.

Note - Locomotives must be fitted with a DCC decoder to be independently controlled. The E-Z Command controller is also able to control one analogue locomotive, that is one not fitted with a decoder.

Bachmann Dynamis Ultima Wireless DCC Digital Control System 36-504

We have been advised that the Dynamis system is being revised before the next production. An updated Dynamis is expected to become available later this year, with new specification details hopefully to be released when the new Bachmann Branchline catalogues are published in July.

Bachmanns' Dynamis system features a wireless control handset giving total freedom of operating or layout viwing location. Combined with a powerful DCC system designed by ESU, well known for their sound decoders. A centre-biased toggle joystick provides speed control and scroll control for locomotive selection, with up to 9999 decoder addresses available for locomotive or accessory control. A backlit LCD screen provides a graphical user interface with the ability to display a locomotive name or description. Dual banking of the 10 function buttons gives up to 20 function controls, exploiting the lighting functions and sound capabilities of current decoders.
The graphical displays make decoder programming and tuning easy, locomotives can be recalled and selected by name or number, with 2 and 4 digit addressing supported. Most CVs can be adjusted by selecting the CV number and value to be written using scroll up/down functionality.

Wiring your points for DCC control turns the Dynamis handset into a portable, wireless control panel for your entire layout!

Lenz Start Set 90 Digital Control System 60090

The Lenz-developed data communications system formed the basis of the first NMRA standards for DCC. The company has always been at the forefront of development and Lenz systems remain popular with experienced users.

Set 90 is a starter set comprising one LH90 walk-around handset, a LVZ100 5 amps command station/amplifier and full instruction manuals for setup and operation of the system. Note : A mains transformer is required.

The LH90 is a tethered (cable connected) walk-around handset with a rotary knob for speed control and scroll control push-buttons for locomotive selection. The LH90 provides exceptionally smooth control and is very easy to use, being designed so that it is easy to hold and operate with one hand.
4 digit addressing is available, giving control of up to 256 locomotive and 999 accessory decoders. All forms of programming are supported including advanced one step address programming and the command station will support up to 31 handsets from Lenz or any other manufacturer using the Lenz XpressNet system.

Lenz Start Set 100 Digital Control System 60100

The Lenz-developed data communications system formed the basis of the first NMRA standards for DCC. The company has always been at the forefront of development and Lenz systems remain popular with experienced users.

Set 100 is a starter set comprising one LH100 walk-around handset, a LVZ100 5 amps command station/amplifier and full instruction manuals for setup and operation of the system. Note : A mains transformer is required.

The LH100 is a tethered (cable connected) walk-around handset with a push-button keypad. A calculator style numerical pad is provided for locomotive or accessory decoder selection, with fucntion control selector alongside. Above this are the direction and speed control buttons, with slow step-by-step (for pulling away from a station) or rapid (to get trains out of the fiddle yard quickly) acceleration/deceleration options. The LCD screen display provides a full reading of the speed/direction and function status of the locomotive being controlled

4 digit addressing is available, giving control of up to 256 locomotive and 999 accessory decoders. All forms of programming are supported including advanced one step address programming. The numerical keypad makes CV programming with the LH100 easier than with the LH90 and detailed functions can be defined. The LH100 can create momentary functions on a per function per locomotive basis and XpressNet handsets including the knob control LH90 can take advantage of any available momentary functions once set up.
The LZV100 command station will support up to 31 handsets from Lenz or any other manufacturer using the Lenz XpressNet system.

The Set 100 is recommended for DCC enthusiasts wanting to exploit full decoder configuration capabilities. LH90 and other XpressNet handsets can be added as control handsets, only one LH100 handset is needed as the 'master' for programming.
