Bachmann E-Z Command Companion DCC Controller (36-510)

An extra controller for your DCC layout. Why not make model railways a family activity with a second control unit that duplicates the control functionality of the master unit. Two operators can run trains at the same time and on the same tracks! The companion can select from any of the locomotives on the layout and take control of direction, speed and functions. Use your companion to run a second train. You can quickly slow either train if there is about to be an accident!

This is an add-on for the Bachmann EZ-Command controller 36-505 which is required for use of the companion.

The latest in DCC control systems, Dynamis allows total freedom of operating location through the use of a wireless handset combined with a powerful Digital Command Control system. A toggle joystick provides both speed and locomotive selection control, while a backlit LCD screen provides a graphical interface, including the ability to display a locomotive name or description. Dual banking of the 10 function buttons provide control over the lighting functions and sound capabilities of current decoders and the graphical displays make decoder programming and tuning easy. Locomotives can be recalled and selected by name or number, with 2 and 4 digit addressing supported. Just to finish the cake the handset retains locomotive data, so you can move your handset and locomotives from one layout to another!

Point and accessory decoders can also be controlled from your Dynamis system. Wiring your points for DCC control makes your Dynamis a portable, hand-held wireless control panel for your entire layout!

Bachmann Dynamis DCC Pro Upgrade (36-508)

An upgrade for the Dynamis controller 36-505 (Required) unleasing the full potential of the Dynamis system with functionality comparable with the most powerful DCC systems currently available.

The Dynamis system has been designed on a modular basis from the outset, allowing new modules to be developed and added easily. The Dynamis Pro upgrade is supplied complete with an expander module, allowing up to 5 IR modules to be connected, plus one additional IR module and extension cable. The pro box is designed to fit beneath the Command Centre in a stack, communicating through the multi-way connector underneath the command centre box.
Upgrading to Dynamis Pro allows the attachment of up to 5 IR sensors, eliminating range and line-of-sight issues on even the largest layouts, plus allowing for up to four Dynamis handsets (36-507) to be registered, giving additional operators full access to your layout.

That's not all the Pro box does! It is equiped with the ECoSLink high speed data bus interface and has a programming track output. By careful system design the programming track can even be incorporated into your layout and used as a regular section of track in normal service.

Don't forget that the registered locomotive data is held in the handset, making it easy for you to take your handset and engines to run on another Dynamis controlled layout.

Please note that this is an upgrade for the Dynamis system which must be added to the base Dynamis unit 36-505.

Bachmann Dynamis DCC Wireless Handset (36-507)

Exploit the full potential of Dynamis Pro with extra handsets allowing several operators to run trains on the layout. A total of four Dynamis handsets can be used with the Dynamis Pro.

A Dynamis Pro system is required to allow use of extra handsets, this requires a Dynamis unit, 36-505 and Pro Upgrade 36-508.

Lenz Start Set 90 Digital Control System (60090)

The Set 90 consists of the LH90 walk about handheld unit with rotary knob throttle control and the LVZ100 (5 amps) command station/amplifier, and comes complete with full instruction manuals for setting up.

The Set 90 and Set 100 are identical, the only difference is in the style of the handheld, if you like that smooth feel of a knob control then the Set-90 is best. The LH90 provides exceptionally smooth control and is very easy to use, designed so that it is easy to operate in one hand while controlling speed and direction. The LH90 has 4 digit addressing and will control up to 256 locomotives and 999 turnouts and all forms of programming including their advanced one step address programming. The Set 90 will support up to 31 XpressNet handhelds.

The Set 90 is ideal for those DCC users who enjoy the feel of a well designed knob controller. For those who like tweaking decoder settings will find this easier with the Start Set 100 or can add an LH100 handset at a later date if you so wish.
