compartment ends supplied as a pair. The Bristol divisions' two-coach 'B
sets' were used as complete branch trains, or formed into longer trains
for busier suburban services.
Ideal for use with Lionheart Trains 45xx small prairie and 64/74xx class pannier tank engines.
Supplied as a complete set of 2 coaches painted in British Railways lined maroon livery.
Bristol division 2-coach B sets were used on a wide range of suburban, cross-country, mainline stopping and branchline services. Interestingly some of the mainline stopping services involved round trips to Swindon via the Bath or Badminton routes and these trains were frequently used for testing and running in of newly overhauled locomotives.
