Faced with a need to protect against air attack the Americans took their reliable half track and added four .50 calibre machine guns and extra turret armour. This proved highly effective and the M16 multiple gun carriage served in most theatres of WW2.

The model here represents a machine in use in Normandy in 1944. Model has opening doors,functional suspension, detachable accessories, moveable turret & steering. The diorama shows soldiers fighting their way through a street past a ruined building.
