Losing favour with the Americans due to poor fuel effeciency some 2400 M3A3 Stuarts were handed over to Lend lease countries during WW2 where with the improved armour and Anti-aircraft weaponry they provided invaluable service until superseded in late 1944.The Stuart was to even see service in the Chinese Civil war. | |
