Recent and exquisite model of the National Railway Museum's most famous locomotive and steam hauled speed record holder "Mallard". This highly detailed model of the Gresley designed A4 class pacific in the LNER garter blue livery is fitted with side valences and a blank-ended tender, depicting 4468 as preserved at York, where the locomotive has been restored to it's appeared during the world record run on July 3rd 1938.
