Dragon's expanding range of superb detailed models made in plastic for maximum detail definition and some metal parts. This latest Sherman scale model from Dragon, with wet ammo storage and 76mm gun, is presented in an outstanding three-tone camouflage scheme of olive drab, earth, and black - collectors will certainly appreciate a tank that is not done up just in plain olive drab! The tank portrayed is one that fought with the 19th Tank Battalion of the 9th Phantom Armoured Division. This division fought in such campaigns as Ardennes-Alsace, the Rhineland and Central Europe. This 1/72 scale tank shows a VVSS Sherman fighting in Belgium in late 1944 in the ferocious effort to contain the Bulge created by the German s Ardennes assault. Now is the time for collectors to add to their Sherman companies, as this beautifully detailed, realistically weathered and intriguingly painted M4A3(76)W is sure to be as popular as its predecessor!
