Revell 1/18 Volvo PV544 (09035)


The PV 544 was built as the successor to the very similar PV 444. One of the numerous detail modifications was the first use of built-in safety belts in a mass-produced car. From 1961 the Volvo received as standard a 1.8 litre 75 or 90 bhp B-18 engine with a five-bearing crankshaft. A magnificent total of 444,000 of the two models together was produced.
