3 Month Warranty

If a fault develops within 10 days we will replace or give a full refund at your discretion, providing the item is in mint condition and is returned to us carriage paid. A charge may be made for any or consumables BB pellets used.

If a gun develops a fault after 10 days but within 3 months we will replace or repair it at our discretion free of charge.

After 3 months service should be available through main service agents at a reasonable charge, although we cannot guarantee parts availability.

BB Guns are replica models and not as robust as real guns. Treatment with care is necessary and any mistreatment will invalidate the warranty. Reusing BB pellets can cause blockages or failures – rectifying these problems will be chargeable, as will problems caused by paint pellets.

Please return the gun in the original box with all instructions (don’t use the box for target practice). Keep it safe and in mint condition.

Maintenance

Do not reuse ammunition as it can easily be damaged on hitting hard surfaces. Reuse can then cause failure.

Keep the gun clean – a small brush is useful. A little, but not too much, spray lubricant (APS 3 Power Booster is ideal) will help performance. Particular points to lubricate are: the slide back spring guide, the inside of the pump, the piston joint, the barrel joint, the barrel and the gun’s guides.

For a shiny look, spray on a little APS 3 Power Booster and polish the gun with a soft tissue or piece of kitchen roll.

Don’t use excessive force if the action isn’t smooth.
