Rallying has produced many great drivers and Rosemary Smith is certainly one of them, but non-are anywhere near as glamorous as the Dublin based fashion designer and model. She is synonymous with Imps and won the Tulip Rally outright in 1965, in a car similar to the one modelled here. EDU 710C was her car on the 1965 RAC rally and was works built. Rosemary purchased it in 2003 and has had it restored to 1965 specification for use on historic events.

The 2.5Pi was a big 4-door saloon with a 2 litre fuel-injected engine which in standard form produced 132bhp. Originally launched in 1969, a total of 43,353 saloons were produced with the final car coming off the production line in 1975.
