Corgi 1/76 AEC Regent II Daimler KMB (40407)

4961 was one of the first four double-deckers ordered by Kowloon Motor Bus, entering service on 17th April 1949. It remained in service until January 1980 and in 1982 underwent major reconstruction and restoration to as near original condition as was possible, to provide a suitable vintage vehicle for the Company's 1983 Jubilee celebrations, after which it was donated to the Hong Kong Museum of History.

This model was commissioned by KMB, being released in Hong Kong in November 1996, and it's box carries the wording "First double-decker bus in Hong Kong". Destination - Jordan Road Ferry to Chuk Un

Corgi 1/76 3 Axle Olympian KMB Handover (43203)

The Kowloon Motor Bus Company Ltd. KMB is the largest franchised bus operators in Hong Kong, and one of the largest privately owned public bus operators in the world.

3AV22 was a 12-metre Volvo Olympian and entered service with KMB on 15th July 1994. The 3AV class totalled 338 vehicles, the last being delivered in September 1997. KMB applied this unique handover livery to 25 of it's buses.

Corgi 1/76 3 Axle Olympian Citybus Handover Bus Model (43204)

CityBus is one of the three major bus operators in Hong Kong, it provides both franchised and non-franchised bus services. The franchised route network serves mainly Hong Kong Island, cross-harbour routes (between Hong Kong Island and Kowloon/New Territories), Ocean Park, North Lantau (Tung Chung and Hong Kong Disneyland) and Hong Kong International Airport. The non-franchised routes serve mainly City One Shatin.

Citybus 395 is one of a batch of fifty-four 12 metre Leyland Olympians delivered during 1993, the model carries the reunification graphics applied to vehicles from each of the fleets of the major Hong Kong bus companies.

Corgi 1/76 3 Axle Olympian CMB Handover Bus Model (43210)

China Motor Bus Company Ltd often abbreviated as CMB was the first motor bus company in Hong Kong and was responsible for the introduction of double decker buses to Hong Kong Island.

This model was commissioned by the Hong Kong Transport Society and is the third Olympian model to carry these graphics. VA21 was one of the buses in CMB's fleet which carried the message 'Celebration of Reunification of Hong Kong with China'.

Corgi 1/76 3 Axle Olympian New World Va60-HP8260 Model Bus (43213)

New World First Bus Services Ltd. abbreviated as First Bus and NWFB, was established in 1998 taking over the China Motor Bus companies franchise on 1 September 1998 to provide bus services on Hong Kong Island together with Citybus. It is the third largest public bus operator in Hong Kong and currently possesses just below 700 buses and operates just below 100 franchised routes.

VA60 was acquired by NWFB on 1st September 1998 when it took over the franchised bus operations from CMB. It was new to CMB in February 1998, being one of the final batch of 14 such vehicles. The third New World First Bus (NWFB) model in a set of three Olympians, announced in early December 1998, which carry cryptic banner adverts for the then new company.

This model carries the wording 'We must stop meeting like this' on an orange background, whilst the smaller lettering, on a green background reads 'now we have more frequent services'. The Chinese equivalent is carried on the nearside.
